| Out of the red with finance coach's help
Like many people, Ericka Young approached the idea of a budget reluctantly. "The word has negative connotations," she says. "People think, 'Oh, these are restrictions.' But that's not the truth. A budget is just a plan to tell your money where to go, so it doesn't tell you where it went." The budget coach knows debt issues firsthand. Like many young couples, Young, 31, and her husband, Chris, of Mesa, Ariz., found themselves in the red simply by trying to start their lives. "We both had student loans," she says. "Add in car loans and credit card debt, and we were $60,000 in debt when we got married. I had a decent-paying job. My husband had a decent-paying job. But no one tells you how to handle money once you get it." A course with budget guru David Ramsey taught them the virtues of financial planning.
Dead Deals Buys Brokers Uncloseable Mortgage Deals & Leads
DeadDeals.net purchases qualified uncloseable mortgage deals & leads from mortgage brokers and loan officers throughout the state of Florida, for $200 and possibly $500 each, in an effort to feed their CashToolBox.com Program. The Cash Tool Box Program utilizes their own cash, Pre-Closing cash, to fix problems associated with a consumer mortgage loan application which are preventing a loan approval and closing. Hoskins said "Dead Deals is an entity whose shared vision is to help put cash back into the pockets of the industry-Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Loan Officers, Credit Repair Companies, even Title Companies and Appraisal Firms-in these increasingly difficult times". We observed that the new company, through purchasing of leads from Mortgage Brokers and others in and around the mortgage industry, provides an opportunity for these professionals to make some money on a deal where previously there was no revenue.
Republican rivals open final assault in Florida
How many people even have a house in America worth $300,000? He took this money from a slum lord that he himself has said is a friend of over 15 years, but somehow only performed 5 hours of work for during this time? The person is a known slumlord and influence peddler under indictment and is a recipient of over $43 million in taxpayer's dollars in Obama's area for repair of the slums of the poor. And Kennedy and Obama are supposed to be supporters of the poor. Kennedy is no supporter except of Kennedy. He is anti-everything that he could not have (real political power) and pro-anything he thinks he can stir up. Stirring up can be a good thing, I like change, but change to inexperience and a willing recipient of gold from the corrupt are not qualities of a President. We have the responsibility to elect the best representative, not the one that tickles our fancy or might throw a dart at the establishment.
